Lindsey Lawry - Welcome to the Camino Apparel Athlete Team.

Lindsey Lawry
Camino Apparel would like to welcome Lindsey Lawry to the Camino Athlete Team.

Whilst only new to the sport of Triathlon, Lindsey is already starting to make a mark and is definitely an athlete to look out for this season.
With a solid performance at Ironman World 70.3 Champions picking up a 3rd in his age group and 5th overall age grouper on the day.
Lindsey recently earned his professional license by winning the Open category at Noosa Triathlon in October.

Lindsey comes from a surf lifesaving background which provided him with the love of endurance sports. He showed his strength and endurance back in 2013 when he won the iconic Coolangatta Gold under-19 title. It was during the lead up to the Coolangatta Gold that he discovered a new passion in the challenge of training for an endurance event, that he decided to make the switch to Triathlons.
The decision to change sports has already started to pay dividends, not only with his two impressive results at World 70.3 and Noosa, Lindsey also finished second to Olympian Ryan Fisher in the second round of the Queensland Triathlon Series at Robina last month. An event in which he led into the run leg before being overtaken.

Camino Apparel are excited to have Lindsey join the Camino Team. His great passion for getting out there everyday and finding a new adventure, whether it be cycling through the hinterland of the Gold Coast or trail running resonate with the core values and disciplines associated with the Camino Apparel brand.

Camino look forward to creating a great relationship with Lindsey and wish him the best of luck with his competitive season.
