If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, Camino Apparel is happy to discuss these details further with you in regards to the refund of an item or credit, providing that the product is undamaged and in its original condition. Unfortunately we don't do refunds on incorrect size purchases.
If your garment does not fit as you were expecting, or has a manufacturing fault, we will offer an immediate exchange for you.
If in the event that we are sold out of your desired size, we will offer you a FULL refund of the purchase price...or if agreeable, the option to receive an available size in an alternate style/s at equal value to the original purchase.
Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 10 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all original tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department outside the 10 day window will be sent back to the original address. Any sale items are considered final sale.
We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return or obtain a credit.

**Please note that there are no returns/exchanges on sale items. This includes discounted items at expos, fairs, events etc.
Please return to us by your own nominated courier, though please note that we may not accept liability for the return shipments. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed. Note we can not refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Apart from the points listed above, we unfortunately do not offer any refunds.
